Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the RoofQuantiX website or ordering any of our services. By accessing roofquantix.com or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and RoofQuantiX ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or services in any capacity — including browsing, placing an order, or downloading a report — you accept these Terms in full.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2. Description of Services

RoofQuantiX provides aerial-imagery-based roof measurement reports ("Reports") for residential and commercial properties. Our Reports are generated using satellite and aerial imagery data and include measurements such as total roof area, pitch, slope count, ridge lines, valleys, and other relevant dimensions as specified per report tier.

Important: Our Reports are intended as reference tools for estimation, quoting, and planning purposes. They are not a substitute for an in-person physical inspection of the property. RoofQuantiX Reports should not be used as the sole basis for construction decisions, permitting, or structural engineering assessments. We strongly recommend that qualified roofing professionals verify measurements on-site before commencing any work.

Additional services may include:

• White-label report branding for contractors and resellers
• Bulk ordering and account management for high-volume users
• Custom measurement requests where standard coverage applies

3. Payment Terms

All payments for RoofQuantiX services are processed through PayPal, a secure and trusted third-party payment processor. By placing an order, you agree to the following payment terms:

• Prices are as listed on our Pricing page at the time of your order. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and paid.
• Payment is required in full at the time of order. We do not offer net payment terms or invoicing for standard orders.
• All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• PayPal may charge its own transaction fees independent of our pricing; these are governed by your agreement with PayPal.
• During development or testing phases, PayPal's Sandbox environment may be in use. Sandbox transactions use simulated funds only — no real money is charged or transferred.
• If a payment is disputed, reversed, or charged back by your financial institution, we reserve the right to withhold delivery of the Report until the matter is resolved.

4. Delivery Timeframes

We offer three delivery tiers. Timeframes are calculated from the moment your order and payment are confirmed, and apply during standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays):

• Express (2 Hours): Your completed Report will be delivered within 2 business hours of order confirmation.
• Standard (4–6 Hours): Your completed Report will be delivered within 4 to 6 business hours of order confirmation.
• Economy (8–12 Hours): Your completed Report will be delivered within 8 to 12 business hours of order confirmation.

Orders placed outside of business hours will begin processing at the start of the next business day. If your selected timeframe is not met due to circumstances within our control, you are entitled to a full refund as described in our Refund Policy. Delays caused by factors outside our control — including but not limited to imagery unavailability, force majeure events, or inaccurate property information provided by the customer — may not qualify for a refund.

5. Accuracy Disclaimer

RoofQuantiX strives to deliver measurement Reports with 95% or greater accuracy compared to physical on-site measurements. Our reports are produced using high-resolution aerial and satellite imagery and validated measurement methodologies.

However, accuracy is inherently dependent on several factors beyond our control:

• The resolution, age, and quality of available aerial imagery for the subject property
• Obstructions such as trees, shadows, or structures that may partially obscure roof surfaces
• Property modifications made after the imagery was captured
• Complex or non-standard roof geometries

Our stated accuracy is a general benchmark and is not a guarantee for any individual report. RoofQuantiX shall not be held liable for losses, damages, or costs arising from measurement discrepancies. If you believe your report contains a measurement error, please refer to our Revision Policy in the Refund Policy page.

6. White-Label Add-On Terms

RoofQuantiX offers a white-label add-on that allows contractors, roofing companies, and resellers to deliver our Reports under their own brand. By subscribing to this feature, you agree to the following additional terms:

• White-label access is granted for your personal or business use only. You may not sublicense, resell, or transfer white-label access to any other party without our express written consent.
• You are responsible for ensuring that Reports delivered under your brand comply with all applicable laws and professional standards in your jurisdiction.
• RoofQuantiX branding is removed from white-labeled reports; however, we retain all underlying intellectual property rights to the report format, templates, and methodology.
• White-label subscriptions are billed on the terms agreed at sign-up and are subject to cancellation or modification by either party with 30 days' written notice.
• Misuse of white-label access — including fraudulent representation of report content or delivery of reports to end customers that are materially inaccurate due to negligent use — may result in immediate termination of your account.

7. Refund Policy

Our full refund terms are described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary:

• A 100% refund is issued if your Report is not delivered within the selected timeframe.
• A full refund is issued if the property is not covered by available aerial imagery.
• No refund is issued after the completed Report has been delivered (digital product).
• Measurement errors are corrected free of charge under our Revision Policy.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use RoofQuantiX services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not:

• Use our Reports for any purpose that violates local, state, federal, or international law
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly publish our Reports without explicit written authorization
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our measurement methodology or intellectual property
• Submit false or misleading property information to manipulate report outputs
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts, crawlers) to interact with our website without authorization
• Impersonate another person or entity when placing orders or contacting support
• Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs our website, servers, or services

Violation of these prohibited use provisions may result in immediate suspension of your account, cancellation of pending orders, and potential legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the RoofQuantiX website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, report templates, and software — is the exclusive property of RoofQuantiX or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase and delivery of a Report, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that Report for your personal or business purposes. This license does not grant you the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Report or any portion of our website without our prior written consent.

The RoofQuantiX name, logo, and tagline are trademarks of RoofQuantiX. You may not use our trademarks without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RoofQuantiX and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from measurement inaccuracies in a Report
• Costs incurred from construction decisions made based on a Report
• Delays in report delivery outside of our control
• Loss of business, revenue, or profit
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the United States.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at support@roofquantix.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns within 15 business days.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to RoofQuantiX services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, any pending orders that have not yet been delivered may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
