Every RoofQuantiX report follows a rigorous 4-stage process — from raw imagery to analyst-verified PDF delivery.
We source geo-rectified aerial and satellite imagery at resolutions of 7.5–15 cm per pixel from licensed imagery providers covering all 50 US states and Canada. Imagery is updated regularly to reflect recent construction and re-roofing.
Overlapping aerial photos are processed using photogrammetric algorithms to build a precise 3D model of each roof surface. Each plane (facet) is identified and measured individually — capturing true pitch, area, and edge geometry.
Every report is reviewed by a trained measurement analyst before delivery. Analysts check plane identification, pitch data, edge measurements, and penetration locations against the source imagery. No automated report ships without a human quality check.
